Does ECC RAM significantly increase your electricity bill?

No. The power difference is real but tiny — a watt or two at most. Your electricity bill won’t register it because the real power draw comes from the CPU, GPU, drives, and fans. If you need ECC for stability, don’t sweat the power cost.
