Do I need a dedicated insulin cooler, or will a cheap lunch bag work?

A cheap insulated lunch bag with two re-freezable gel packs (wrapped in cloth) works fine for everyday transport. Dedicated coolers like Frio or Medicool add thermometers and more consistent cooling, but you only need one for overseas travel or all-day heat exposure. Otherwise, save your money.
