Canadian side vs American side of Niagara Falls: Pick your walkable neighborhood based on vibe

The Canadian side (Falls Avenue or Clifton Hill) is denser with more hotels, noise, lights, and everything — the American side (Rainbow Boulevard or near the State Park) is quieter but has thinner dining options. Both put you within a 5–10 minute walk of the water, so walkability is excellent on either if you pick the right street. Trade-offs either way.
