Can you put dry ice in a cooler?

Yes, but safety first. Never seal the cooler airtight — dry ice sublimates into CO₂ gas, which can cause an explosion. Wear gloves to avoid frostbite, keep the cooler in a ventilated area, and use a rotomolded hard cooler, not a soft or cheap plastic one.
