Are the wooden walkways at Cave of the Winds wheelchair or stroller accessible?

No. The main Discovery Tour and lantern tour involve steep stairs, narrow passages, and uneven wooden planks with no alternative route. The Wild Tour also isn’t accessible. Your best bet is the viewing area at the entrance, but you won’t be able to go into the actual caves.
