Are the Beats Flex Kids Edition good headphones for children?

The Beats Flex Kids Edition sounds genuinely good — same solid wireless earbuds as the adult version with a volume limiter. But the “Kids Edition” label doesn’t change the fit: they’re still in-ear, and for most school-age kids a bulkier over-ear or more secure fit makes more sense. Great hardware, wrong packaging.
