Yes, strollers are allowed, but you’ll need to hold onto it or fold it up since there’s no dedicated storage area. The boats are crowded and wet with no indoor space to stash it. If your kid can walk, leave the stroller on shore; a baby carrier is a smarter move. The poncho does not cover the stroller.
