Are left-handed ergonomic mousepads worth hunting for?

Probably not. Most contoured mousepads are designed for right-handed users, and left-handed versions are rare, niche, and often overpriced. A better bet is a flat mousepad with a separate gel wrist rest you can position freely, or skip the pad entirely and use a vertical mouse for proper ergonomics.
