Are Cave of the Winds tickets refundable if it rains?

Probably not. The cave is underground, so heavy rain doesn’t really affect the tour. Unless the park itself closes due to extreme weather, they treat it as rain or shine. Check their official policy, but most cave attractions only reschedule if they cancel.
