You can use a single-map robot on multiple floors by physically moving it yourself. Run it on one floor, let it finish and return to charge, then pick up the robot and its base and move them to the next floor.

The robot will overwrite the old map with a new one when you start a cleaning run on the new floor. If your model has a “quick map” feature, use that to save time without a full cleaning run.

Set up no-go zones or virtual walls on the current map to block off stairs or areas you don’t want cleaned on that floor. This prevents the robot from falling or cleaning unwanted spaces.
