RAM automatically downclocks to match the motherboard’s maximum supported speed. A 3200MHz kit will run at 2400MHz if that’s the board’s limit.

The motherboard and CPU set the speed ceiling, not the RAM itself. No compatibility issue exists — the system will boot and run fine.
