Both printers use the same TN-760 or TN-730 toner cartridges. Toner is fully interchangeable between them.

The MFC-L2753DW’s drum is rated for 15,000 pages, while the L2750DW’s drum lasts 12,000 pages. That is a 3,000-page difference.

With the longer-lasting drum, you will replace toner about four or five times before needing a new drum. This slightly lowers per-page equipment cost over the machine’s life.

This drum difference is small but meaningful if you are deciding between the two models. It is one of the few specs that actually sets them apart.
