4 Things to Know About Skylon Tower vs. Prospect Point

  1. Skylon Tower gives you the classic postcard view At 775 feet up on the Canadian side, you see both falls, the gorge, and the full Horseshoe curve. It is the wide-angle shot you have seen in every photo.

  2. Prospect Point puts you right at the edge of the American Falls You feel the mist, hear the roar, and can almost touch the water. It is immersive but limits your view to just the American side.

  3. You cannot see the full Horseshoe Falls from Prospect Point From ground level on the US side, you are looking up at everything. The sweeping arc of the Horseshoe Falls is not visible.

  4. Choose based on what experience you want If you only have time for one, pick Skylon Tower for the iconic view. If you want to feel the falls in your bones, go to Prospect Point and get wet.
