3 Ways to Fix a Veering Neato Vacuum

Calibrate the gyroscope Turn the vacuum off, then press and hold the Spot and Eco buttons together for about five seconds until the lights flash. Release and let the vacuum spin in place for 10–20 seconds to recalibrate.

Clean the wheel encoders If drifting continues after calibration, check the wheel encoders for hair or debris. Dirty sensors cause the same veering symptom.
