3 Things to Know About RAM in the iBook G3 Clamshell

The iBook G3 Clamshell uses 144-pin 3.3V SO-DIMMs, either PC100 or PC133.

PC133 RAM works in the iBook but runs at PC100 speeds, so there is no performance gain.

Do not pay extra for PC133 modules. Standard PC100 SO-DIMMs are all you need.
