3 Rules for Mopping Pad Care

  1. Remove the pad immediately after every mopping run A wet pad left on the robot is a breeding ground for mold. Pull it off right away, rinse with soapy water, and let it air dry completely before the next use.

  2. Dry the pad with good airflow Hang the pad somewhere with airflow rather than laying it flat on a counter. If you have a spare pad, swap them so one is always bone dry.

  3. Never put a damp pad back on the robot A damp pad left sitting for days will smell terrible and spread bacteria across your floors. This thirty-second habit prevents mold and extends the pad’s life.
